Pastor Herb E. Hull's Memorial Table
Such a sweet picture enlarged. The family had tapes of his sermons that were played during the memorial service. What a beautiful memory, just hearing his voice was so moving.
If you look closely, and this is the honor of a lifetime for me, on that same table is a framed copy of the article I wrote back in 1996 about my Pastor. It was written nearly 16 years after he took the church in Oklahoma City, leaving Bloomington, Indiana, but the love for this couple and their amazing sons was just as strong, and even now, praying for sweet blessings poured out on Norma as she walks in her new normal without this special man. Below is a copy of the article I wrote, that was published in the Pentecostal Evangel, and I included the tribute I wrote to Norma upon hearing of Herb's condition.

An article Judy wrote in 1996.
Pastor Herb Hull
This is a copy of the article from the Pentecostal Evangel that Judy wrote as a tribute to our first Pastor. He and his family had such impact on our lives that even 18 years later the emotions wrapped around their resignation from our first church were still real. Now the second document is a letter sent to the family in November 2011, when Pastor Hull died. Our hearts are broken, he's left a huge empty place in a lot of lives, but we know he is with Christ and we have so many memories to treasure. Thank you Pastor Herb, Norma and family for the blessing of your hand print on our lives.
